What is the Discovery Call, and do I have to commit to anything?
The Discovery Call is a free, no-commitment conversation where we discuss your project, see if we’re a good fit, and go over your vision and goals. Afterward, I’ll provide you with a custom quote. You’re only committed once you decide to move forward with a contract and deposit.

What happens during Pre-Production?
In Pre-Production, we develop the creative direction for your shoot. This includes creating moodboards that reflect your brand and outlining the detailed plan for the shoot, including everyone’s roles, to ensure everything runs smoothly.

How does Shoot Day work if I’m not in the Okanagan?
If you’re not local, no problem! You can ship your products to me, and I’ll take care of everything. Once I’ve set up the scene and taken a few initial shots, we can review them together virtually. This way, you can provide feedback in real-time to ensure we’re on the right track.

Can I be present during the shoot if I’m local?
Absolutely! If you’re in the Okanagan, you’re more than welcome to join me in the studio. It’s a fun, creative environment—just be prepared for strong coffee and some questionable music choices!

What happens after the shoot?
After the shoot, you’ll receive access to a curated selection of images through a secure, password-protected gallery. From there, you can choose your favorites, which I’ll then meticulously edit, focusing on color balance, composition, reflections, shadows, highlights, and removing any dust or blemishes.

When and how do I receive the final images?
Once the editing is complete and the final payment is made, your images will be delivered in the digital format of your choice, ensuring they’re ready for whatever you need.

What happens to my products after the shoot?
After the shoot, you have a couple of options for your products. If you’d like them returned, please provide a return shipping label, and I’ll ensure they’re sent back to you. Alternatively, if you prefer, I can ethically donate or dispose of the products on your behalf.
